Salary benchmarking compares remuneration of employees in an organisation with situation in a business sector and region (regions) where the sponsor operates. The acquired data are key source material not only for the actual comparison and creation of detailed analysis but also for a follow up creation of a new or for modification of an existing salary incentive system and its successful implementation into company´s practice.
