Udělení souhlasu
By sending this form I am giving my approval with processing personal data (based on Law No. 101/2000 Sb.) to the company RPIC-ViP Ltd., as the administrator and possibly other 3rd person as a processor, with the purpose of registration into database of the administrator and further marketing processing. I acknowledge that I have the right to access the personal data and other rights according to §§ 11, 21 zák. č. 101/2000 Sb. I give the approval with processing of personal data voluntarily and I can revoke it any time without charge on the administrator email address.
