Improvement system using EFQM model


Knowledge of the status and functioning of the organization is a prerequisite of its further improvement and competitiveness growth. Dynamic model of excellence EFQM (The European Foundation for Quality Management) represents suitable analytical tool that provides this knowledge and helps identify ways of further improvement.
